Job Elf was built around a simple idea: people should be able to see more before deciding whether to connect.
Candidates can turn their traditional résumé into a modern professional profile with experience, education, photos and a short introduction.
Employers can do the same for opportunities, combining job information with company profiles, photos and video.
The result is a more visual, more personal and more efficient way to discover work and talent.

What makes it different
You're more than a résumé.
Candidates show their experience, a professional photo and a 15-second introduction in their own words. Every card leads with job titles and years, like Marketing Director · 7 yrs.
There's a person behind every résumé.
Employers search real experience first, then meet the person behind it. The introduction shows how someone communicates. It never replaces the résumé.
Jobs are more than job descriptions.
Companies show the workplace and the team with photos and a short video, and people apply with their Job Elf Profile instead of uploading a résumé again.
What we stand for
- Experience makes the decision.
- Photos and intros help you remember someone. They don't show whether a person can do the job. Search looks at titles, skills, experience, location and availability, and never at how someone looks or sounds.
- Candidates stay in control.
- Nothing goes live until the candidate publishes it. They choose who can find them: everyone in search, only people with their link, or no one. They can unpublish at any time.
- Private details stay private.
- Profiles show a first name, a last initial, and a city and state. Only signed-in employers who've confirmed their email can open a résumé.
- No gimmicks.
- No swiping and no "97% match" scores. When Job Elf suggests someone, it says why in plain words, like "7 yrs in Marketing Director roles" or "12 miles away".
